Here at E and J Winter our time is split between trade shows and the showroom, when in the showroom we aim to process your order within 48 hours wherever possible. Whilst away there may be a delay in getting your order processed. We will advise you of this as soon as we can.
Here at E and J Winter we do not have a minimum order valve and will gladly process your order no matter how big or small. We do however only send parcels with a tracking number and Postage for this service starts at $13.95.
Orders are usually sent via Australia Post using Australia post satchels, however for larger items or where more economical we will use a courier service. Postage prices and options are shown in the checkout for your selection for parcels under 5kg. Parcels more than 5kg will be quoted individually - this does not mean its free.
Please note that delivery time frames should be used as a guide only.
Unfortunately we are unable to calculate postage at the checkout for some international orders and we will email you with the postage costs once your order is packed and ready for shipment.
I require longer lengths of material than the sizes listed?If you require materials either cut to length or a longer size than the sizes specified on the website please make a note of this at the checkout or email us and we would be only too happy to assist you. Please note there may be a cutting fee, you will be advised prior to any cutting charge.

We don’t provide engineering advice or design services. The information we provide in relation to the products we sell is limited to the characteristics of the product and not general engineering information such as properties of the materials.
For Example:
- We can tell you that a product is made from Cast Iron but we can’t tell you whether Cast Iron is suitable for your application.
- We can usually tell you the tolerances of an item but we can’t suggest what type of fit you need to use in your application.
- We can advise you of any relevant standards to which a product is manufactured, but we can’t help you to obtain copies of, or interpret the standards.
- We can advise you of listed dimensions but we can’t advise you of how to calculate related dimensions.
We will gladly help you where ever possible within our capabilities.
At E and J Winter we accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit, PayPal and Cash (for calling customers and trade shows, please do not send cash in the mail).
Yes you can pick up your order during business hours however it is always worth checking we are in the showroom to avoid disappointment.
